Overview

Sewanee Creek in Tracy City, near Sewanee and 50 miles northwest of Chatanooga, TN, is a self-Sustaining Community. It has an unusually beautiful and rural setting in the mountains. There are over 5 miles of hiking trails through a private 500 acre land preserve in Sewanee Canyon. The Village tries to be in harmony with nature and people. Featuring large porches, hiking and jogging trails and a natural amphitheater that seamlessly integrate into the beautiful East Tennessee mountain land that surrounds the community. Planned amenities include natural amphitheatre, pavillion, picnic/BBQ area.
